Intuition and Fear Understanding the Difference (Bday Fun Day 6) {Ep 100}

Welcome back to day six of my birthday fun series as we gear up for my awesome birthday celebration. I’m so excited to dive into today’s question from the wonderful Renee Oz, who asked whether intuition is always positive and how to distinguish it from fear induced by others. This is such a thought-provoking topic because, believe it or not, intuition isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. There are moments when our intuition alerts us to danger or negativity, and I’ve experienced a few of those instances myself. From a near-miss with a car to an unsettling encounter in a shop, I’ve learned that listening to our inner voice can sometimes be a matter of physical and spiritual safety.
Navigating the complexities of intuition and fear can be tricky, but I’ve found some effective methods to help differentiate between the two. One technique I love is asking myself, “Is this mine?” to discern whether the feelings or thoughts I’m experiencing are truly my own or if they’re influenced by someone else. I also use my body as a pendulum to tap into my intuition more effectively. By standing and asking yes or no questions, I can receive clear signals about what I’m feeling. It’s all about establishing boundaries and understanding how to listen to ourselves better. Join me as I explore these ideas further and get ready for day seven of our birthday fun!
